Cancellation conditions
The cancellation has to be made in writing form.

Up to 90 days before arrival there is no charge, the deposit can be repaid except € 50,00 (each room/apartment) for administrative costs or reused for another stay in the booked season. 

From 60 days before arrive we charge 50% and from 30 days 70% of the total amount and from 7 days before arrive we charge 100% of it.

In case of no-show without previous cancellation, post-arrival or pre-departure, the total amount will be charged.

Travel insurance

Sometimes there could be unforeseen events before going on holiday, to avoid an unpleasant situation, we recommend you to draw up our cancellation policy.

The apartment is available from 3.30 pm on the day of arrival.
Please notify us if you should be arriving later than 7.00 pm.
Please vacate your room by 09.30 am on the day of departure.

No smokers
In the apartments there is not allowed to smoke.

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Val Gardena Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info

The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the abovedecision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use ofthe Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
